What is airAlert?

  • airAlert is a service, provided by the Hampshire airAlert consortium, that sends free messages direct to you when air pollution levels increase in your area.
  • airAlert is targeted at people with respiratory and heart conditions who may be adversely affected by air pollution.
  • airAlert warns you the 24 to 48 hours prior to an episode of elevated air pollution.
  • airAlert sends a voice, text message, email or app notification direct to you (via your mobile or home telephone, email or via webpages or the airAlert app)
  • You can register for free, then login for updates, changes, suspend or cancel the service.
